Chairman
Bob Wallace qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute in 1966 and has over 25 years experience in the Lloyd's market. He was Active Underwriter for Syndicate 386 until the end of 2002 and has subsequently held a number of directorships, both executive and non-executive, in the insurance market. Bob is currently a non-executive director of Pembroke Managing Agency and non-executive chairman of Ironshore UK.
 
Matthew Riley

Matthew Riley, CEO of Sportscover Underwriting Ltd, has over 19 years of experience in the Lloyd’s market. He began his career in 1989 with Kingsmead, becoming accident underwriter. Matthew moved into casualty treaty after the take over by Advent. In 2003 he moved to Argenta as Syndicate Manager and then as Agency Manager, specialising in the integration of third-party syndicates.
Matthew is an avid sports fan who plays both cricket and golf. He is also captain of his local cricket team.
 
Peter Nash

Director of Underwriting and Claims
Peter Nash has been in the Insurance Industry for over 30 years and is the founder of Sportscover. His experience in amateur sports Insurance dates back to the early 1980's, when as an ex Australian Rules footballer and then coach, he started putting together policies for clubs and associations. Peter is Group Chairman of Wild Goose Holdings, the holding company for the Sportscover group of companies.

Chris Nash has been involved in the Insurance Industry for over 15 years, having spent most of that time underwriting amateur sport. As an avid sportsman, coach and administrator, his experience makes him well suited to the role of Active Underwriter of Sportscover syndicate 3334.
 
Andrew Ripley

Board Member
Former English rugby union star Andrew Ripley gained 24 caps for England in the 1970s and toured with the Lions in 1974. He became a BBC Superstars champion and world indoor rowing champion. His passion for sport did not stand in the way of a successful 20 year banking career in London with HSBC, Citibank and the United Bank of Kuwait. In 1998 he was appointed CEO of Lloyd's managing agency Duncanson & Holt. Andrew has two masters degrees in finance and has written several books on business and sport, the most recent of which won a number of awards.
 
Bryan Murphy

Bryan Murphy has over 40 years experience in the Insurance industry. He has a B.A. degree in Economics from University College Dublin. He was the founding CEO of Island Heritage, a specialist insurer in the Caribbean. He is a non executive director of Greenlight Capital Re, a Cayman based reinsurer. He is a former Irish 400 metres champion and has a wide range of sporting and business interests.
 
Belinda Taylor
Belinda Taylor
Finance Director
Belinda Taylor is a chartered accountant. She worked for KPMG for thirteen years, specialising in audit and then mergers and acquisitions, managing transactions for a variety of UK listed and private companies as well as numerous overseas clients. Belinda joined the Sportscover group in 2005. She is a keen follower of Grand Slam tennis tournaments and has been an avid Sheffield United supporter since 1974.
 
Dominic Ford
Dominic Ford
Compliance Director
Dominic Ford is responsible for compliance and risk management matters at Sportscover. He has worked in the insurance industry for over 15 years, the latter half of which in regulatory and compliance roles. Dominic enjoys outdoor pursuits and has led trekking expeditions in the Nepalese Himalaya, Australia and India.
